With digital technology leading world economies and consumer trends, companies are on a quest to not only deliver environments that engage consumers, but to design smart spaces centered around the consumer experience, where service and products meet seamlessly.
This past Easter Weekend, HP opened its latest HP Store in Durban, South Africa. This store is the first to join the national rollout of the HP Store Family and accompany already-existing stores in Cresta, Menlyn, Eastgate, and Sandton shopping centres in Johannesburg.
The new look HP Store opened at the Gateway Theatre of Shopping on the 31 March 2018, and proudly boasts a wide range of computing products for South Africans, including many exclusive notebooks and all-in-one computers, ranging from entry-level detachable 2-in-1 computers to HP’s premium devices and the many products in its gaming portfolio.
The latest HP printers are available in store in addition to a complete range of accessories which includes laptop bags, storage devices, networking equipment, HP calculators, cables and adapters as well as the widest range of HP ink and toner cartridges.
As an additional benefit to consumers, this new HP Store offers premium services and trusted advice on all HP products, which will help consumers make the right purchases that not only cover all their needs, but also meet their budgets.
Here’s the video we shot of the big day:
And here are some of the photos we took as well:
At HP we understand the need for continuous innovation, and we do not only display this in the models that give birth to our leading consumer products, but also in the various aspects that make up our consumer touch points which predominantly exist in the form of our stores, located in shopping centres across the globe.
Our strategy is to roll out this innovative thinking and design to a lot more HP store openings and consumer spaces in the future, not just in South Africa but also into Africa as well.
Stay tuned for more!
